Application Process for
Infants - Prekindergarten
We require the following for children who wish to attend any of our programs:
- a copy of child's birth certificate.
- a non-refundable registration fee to guarantee enrollment. The registration
fee for our Infant and Toddler programs is $325; the registration fee for our
Tiny Tots - Pre-K programs is $275. - an up-to-date Florida Certification of Immunization, Form DH680
- An up-to-date Student Health Examination, Form DH3040
If there are no class openings available when your application is received, your child's name will be put on a wait list. You will be notified as soon as an opening becomes available.
