For Children in Elementary School

Advent has many programs to address the needs of children who are elementary school age:

Advent Lutheran Elementary School provides a Christ-centered environment for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.  We also strive for academic excellence in mathematics, language, natural science, fine arts, and physical education.   For more information about our elementary and middle school, please click here.

Baptism
Infants and children are baptized so that they may receive the benefits of God's grace, freedom from sin, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.  Baptisms are generally conducted on the second and fourth Sundays of the month.  Please contact the church office at 561-395-3632 to discuss your baptismal needs or click

Adventureland is our children's program during our 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Sunday worship services for those aged 3 through fourth grade.  For more information about our children's worship programs, please click here.

First Communion preparation takes place with on-going activities in the fifth-grade curriculum followed by a mini-retreat for students and parents in the spring.  First communion is celebrated on Maundy Thursday.

Breakfast Club is our youth program for fifth and sixth graders.  This group meets on the second and fourth Sunday of every month during the 10:00 a.m. Sunday worship service to share in the Word and to enjoy the breakfast they help plan and cook. This group attends communion worship on the first and third Sunday of every month.
