Advent Lutheran School Announces New Headmaster

 

 

Boca Raton, Florida –   Paul A. Humphreys, Sr. has accepted the position of headmaster of Advent Lutheran School, effective June 1, 2008.  Advent Lutheran School includes the elementary and middle school as well as the early childhood school.

 

Paul comes to Advent with a heart for God, a love for students and a devotion to education. He was selected based on his many gifts: sound leadership skills, experience as a headmaster, a strong background as a middle school principal, a Masters degree in educational leadership, and a passion for coaching.   Paul currently serves as the Middle and High School Principal of Berean Christian School in West Palm Beach.  Prior to that, Paul’s more recent experience includes Headmaster of Community Christian Academy in Stuart, Middle School Principal and Coach of Florida Christian School in Miami, and Headmaster/Principal/ Coach of Masters Academy in Georgia. 

 

“I believe that Paul’s twenty-five years of experience in administration, teaching and coaching will be a tremendous asset to this campus,” said The Reverend Dr. Andrew D. Hagen, Pastor of Advent Ministries.  “Paul has the leadership skills necessary to further Advent’s mission to provide high-quality, Christian education to our community.”
